HR VA / Encoder
As an HR, I am responsible for preparing the employees’ salaries because I monitor their time-in and time-out, including their overtime. I create the payroll using Excel, applying formulas to make my work easier, faster, and more accurate. Once all the data is encoded, I prepare a summary to double-check and verify with the employees the number of days they worked. This allows us to immediately address any corrections or clarifications if needed. Once everything is confirmed and there are no questions, I print a hard copy of the payroll and submit it to the owner for review and signature. After it is signed, I forward it to the accounting department. Also posting job hiring in our FB page.
