Served as a Medical Technology Instructor responsible for delivering lectures, laboratory instruction, student assessment, and clinical skills training in various Medical Laboratory Science courses, including phlebotomy, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunohematology, clinical microscopy, and histopathologic techniques. Facilitated student learning through classroom teaching, laboratory demonstrations, competency evaluations, and academic mentoring.
Concurrently served as Community Engagement and CICM Advocacies (CECA) Coordinator, overseeing the planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of community extension programs and outreach activities. Coordinated partnerships with local government units, healthcare institutions, and community organizations; managed project logistics, reports, budgets, and stakeholder communications; and led health promotion initiatives, medical missions, blood donation drives, nutrition programs, and other community development projects aligned with institutional goals and sustainable development objectives.
