Manager with 5 years of solid corporate experience in
Credit and Collection. My background taught me to stay
organized, handle customers professionally, manage
deadlines, and keep communication clear—skills that I now
bring into social media and e-commerce VA work.
I’ve handled invoice encoding, daily email monitoring,
weekly reporting, and constant follow-ups with customers
through calls, walk-ins, and messages. These experiences
strengthened my attention to detail, customer service, and
ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
I’m currently enrolled in Social Media Management and E-
commerce VA training to equip myself with the right tools
