I reviewed the bank transactions displayed in QuickBooks while they were still in the Pending section. Each transaction showed the date, description, and amount but required categorization and vendor assignment. I examined each entry—mostly office supply purchases—to determine the appropriate expense category and confirm the details before proceeding with proper categorization.
