Responsible for receiving and checking all the incoming documents; Monitoring the office Supplies, Thorough checking of DTRs (regular, casual &JO), Email to Area IV for ALA beyond Seven days; Encode of ALA in PIPS; Monitoring of CPO; Adobe Photoshop Editing for Employees’ ID; Routing for outgoing documents; and Perform other related functions; Canvas for Training Venue and Training Provider, Prepare Documents, Processing Bill Payment using FARU System; Hosting/Facilitating the Training Activities, Monitoring the attendance of the participants; Set up the Venue including the technical preparations.
Responsible for updating all the assets of the stores; Balancing between the actual and system inventory of all assets; Processing and printing the barcode sticker to be sent to all stores; Collecting and making report for water and electricity consumptions from stores, assisting the contractor regarding building renovation.
Processing and releasing all the request of supplies from all departments; Monitor and do a physical count of all the supplies from Head Office; Process any purchases; Assist and Canvass for qualified contractor for a minor and major renovation in the store; Monitor the PMS of Vehicles and perform other related functions. Responsible for quality control of the inbound and outbound goods; Generate and submit weekly and monthly report to Head Office; Facility the receiving process of the incoming delivery goods; Perform other related functions.
