I assist with back-office support for healthcare insurance accounts by authenticating healthcare providers, giving detailed claim, billing, and payment information, and fulfilling requests such as copies of bills, check reissues, and claim/bill reprocessing. I ensure accuracy in all updates and make sure every interaction and action taken is thoroughly documented in the system.
I Assist Canadian credit card customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, payments, balances, card features, and transactions. Handle billing questions, dispute resolution, and fraud-related concerns while following company and bank policies. Process requests such as card activation, replacement cards, credit limit inquiries, and account updates. Document all interactions accurately and follow compliance guidelines, privacy standards, and call quality requirements. Maintain professionalism and meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, average handling time, and first-call resolution.
I sort and organize documents received from a third-party company. My work includes checking that all documents are properly scanned, renaming the files according to the required naming conventions, and ensuring they are stored correctly in the Document Management System.
