Recruitment and Selection - To provide human resources management support to the school head and coordinate with AO IV(HRMO II) of the SDO
Personnel Records -To update regularly 201 Files and maintain database of personal information of school personnel. (2) Consolidate daily time record (DTR) of school personnel and prepare monthly report of service (Form 7). (3) To monitor and record attendance/absence of school personnel. (4) To acts on application for leaves of school personnel, update vacation service/leave credits.
Compensation Benefits - To compute and submit to SDO applicable personnel benefits for processing, funding, and release.
Other HR-related functions like update school personnel of the latest HR-related policies, develop and present to the school head/FRMO innovative strategies in improving HR Practice in the school, to assist in the school head performance management, rewards and recognition, and learning development policies and practice implementation in the school, To prepare and submit HR-related reports to school head/HRMO and coordinate regularly with the HRMO in the implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
Provides lacking information needed and validation for specific projects or lots.
Assists on providing data or information regarding project beneficiaries during
occupancy verifications. To have addressed the resolutions of various concerns.Prepared communication for queries and coordination’s with line agencies.
o have assisted the Administrative Services Officer in the implementation of admin related policies.
o To have prepared documentation of requests for manpower, authority to hire, and drafting of service contracts.
o To have collated all admin related reports.
o To have acted on matters instructed / delegated by the Administrative Services
Officer.
o To have provided assistance to the Administrative Services Officer on the Recruitment and Selection of Applicants to available Plantilla Positions.
o To have facilitated documentation of inventory related transactions for the Region / District.
