I’m a detail-oriented professional with a diverse background in data analysis, operations support, quality management, compliance, internal audit, process improvement, documentation, MIS, and research statistics.

Over the years, I’ve developed and maintained quality and operations manuals, SOPs, internal control systems, reporting processes, and compliance documentation. I have also supported certification and regulatory requirements, while conducting audits, monitoring compliance, and helping improve operational processes.

My experience also extends to data analysis and research statistics, where I work with data to identify trends, generate insights, and present information clearly. I have handled operational databases, management reports, dashboards, statistical analysis, and data visualization to support informed decision-making.

I’m proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, SPSS, Minitab, QGIS, and Google Workspace, and I’m always willing to learn new tools and systems. I bring a combination of analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving to every project.
