This is the content of a job in thrifting involves a variety of tasks related to managing and selling secondhand goods.

Some of my Responsibilities often include donations processing, where I receive, sort, and evaluate donated items to determine their suitability for sale. I am also responsible for pricing and tagging merchandise based on its condition, brand, and market value.
A significant part of the role is merchandising and display, which involves preparing items and arranging them attractively on the sales floor or in page which is Facebook and Instagram is the platform. Employee Records Management - Maintain and update all employee files, both physical and digital. Ensure that records for new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations are accurate and complete. Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants. Prepare and process new hire paperwork and assist with the onboarding of new employees. Benefits and Compensation Administration: Help with the administration of employee benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other cooperative-specific benefits. Assist in preparing payroll data by collecting and verifying employee attendance, leave, and overtime information.

Employee Relations - Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters. Assist in organizing employee events, training sessions, and team-building activities.

Administrative and Clerical Duties - Draft and format HR-related documents, letters, and memos. Generate regular and HR reports as needed. Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR files and information.

Compliance - Assist in ensuring that the cooperative's HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
