As a Hub Coordinator I was responsible in overseeing operations, managing teams, and ensuring smooth workflows across departments. I monitor the parcels that are coming in and out of our hub. I also monitor the collections of our riders, see to it that they tagged all of their returned parcels with correct on hold reasons and lastly I supervised our backroom employees.
As an Accounting Clerk, I was responsible in posting all transactions made from collections, loan releases and expenses. I monitor also the Accounts Receivables made by the other branches and the accounts payable made by the branch such as loans payable. I was also responsible for the payroll of the employees of our branch. I compute their monthly salary, with deductions, overtime and payables. I was also responsible for the monthly reports such as Financial Report of the branch, Bank Reconciliation, Income and Expense Report, Aging of Receivables. I also help for the Financial Plan of the branch every year.
As a bank teller, I was responsible for the deposits and withdrawals of the clients. I see to it that they gave me the exact money for their deposit and carefully count the withdrawals that they made. At the end of the day, my record and my cash on hand must be balance.
