Serve as assistant to the nurses at the assigned department, i.e., Emergency room, In-Patient, and Out-Patient departments.
✦ Assigned at the front desk to assist customers regarding hotel services.
✦ Make sure that everything is in order by coordinating with the section concerned (Housekeeping, cafeteria, etc.) before presenting the room(s) to the customer(s) to provide customer satisfaction.
✦ Handle the daily cash imbursement and endorse the same to the Front Office Manager and/or colleague at the end of the shift.
✦ Handle and manage guest bookings by using Opera Reservation Systems (ORS)
✦ Control of documentation works by filing documents through soft and hard copies.
✦ Assigned at the front desk to assist customers regarding hotel services.
