I have 5 years of experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with 3 years focused on hard selling and 2 years in upselling. Over the years, I’ve become confident in communicating with different types of clients, building rapport, and keeping conversations professional and engaging.
I also have experience with cold calling and lead generation campaigns for digital marketing services. My role was to reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule or transfer interested prospects to the sales team. I consistently met my KPIs and was recognized as part of the top 10 lead generators for several months.
One thing I’ve learned from working in sales and lead generation is how to stay motivated even when facing rejection. I understand that not every call will lead to an appointment, but I always stay positive, keep the conversation focused on value, and move forward to the next opportunity.
Right now, I’m not connected with any other company, so I’m fully available and looking for a stable, long-term opportunity where I can grow and contribute to the team. I believe my communication skills, listening skills, and experience in client outreach make me a strong fit for this role.

Verify colleagues submitted data is accurate and get some calls that have mistakes so that the Team Leader can coach them for improvements.
