I am working as a Quality Assurance and Document Control Asst. Manager in a rubber manufacturing industry. My main tasks are to ensure that products based on customer's quality requirements and ensure that necessary documents are available for use. I directly communicates with our customers especially when they have inquiries regarding quality or they additional requirements with the documentation. I also prepare reports and attend meetings with our Top management. Consequently, some of these meetings are personally arranged by yours truly.
