Hi, I’m Lovelyn, 27 years old, from Manila, and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I have several years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping, where I developed strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills. My IT background has also helped me become highly adaptable to different software, tools, and digital systems used in administrative and accounting tasks.

In my previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, I handled a variety of office operations such as maintaining records and databases, monitoring office supplies, assisting with payroll preparation, scheduling appointments, and organizing important documents. I also supported recruitment-related tasks, including updating applicant records and coordinating travel and documentation requirements.

Over the past few years, I have focused more on bookkeeping and financial support tasks. My responsibilities included preparing and sending invoices, tracking client payments, monitoring expenses and petty cash, and updating financial records using Google Sheets and other online tools. These experiences strengthened my attention to detail and my ability to work accurately even in fast-paced environments.

I am hardworking, dependable, and eager to continue growing professionally. I enjoy helping businesses stay organized and ensuring that administrative and financial processes run smoothly. I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute my skills and experience as a Bookkeeping Virtual Assistant.
