Order Execution: Executed accurate processing of 250+ monthly sales orders for clients across NCR (Manila), Visayas, and Mindanao via SAP4 HANA and the Magento Webshop.
Inventory Mitigation: Proactively cross-referenced open orders against available stock to identify potential shortages, successfully preventing stockouts and coordinating transfers of near-expiry goods to maximize saleable inventory.

Team Reporting: Generated weekly Open Order Reports from SAP, summarizing orders prioritized by price and quantity, which supported the team in reducing average order holding time.
Customer Enablement: Conducted outbound calls to onboard new customers to the Salesforce platform and provided comprehensive guidance on webshop navigation and order placement, enhancing customer self-service.
Process orders for Diabetes Orders: Conducted essential quality control checks by validating correct SKUs and verifying contract pricing for every order, including proactive collaboration with the Sales team on near-expiring contracts to ensure 100% billing accuracy.
Finalized all verified order details and successfully forwarded documentation directly to the 3PL partner to ensure official booking and timely fulfillment execution.
Logistics Coordination: Liaised between customers and external logistics partners to track shipments, manage delivery timelines, and resolve delivery issues on time.
Inquiry Management: Managed complex customer inquiries via hotline, email, and chat, providing comprehensive information on logistics matters and collaborating with Order Fulfillment/Sales to resolve issues.
Webshop Support: Assisted 50+ customers monthly with registering on the Magento Webshop platform, troubleshooting ordering errors, and ensuring a smooth B2B ordering experience.
Performance Analysis: Compiled monthly KPI reports to track and analyze customer inquiry trends, identifying key areas for improvement in the logistics and ordering process.
SAP Support: Managed core SAP support functions for the Business Services team, specifically creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) and monitoring Purchase Orders (PO) for internal operations.
Financial Coordination: Ensured seamless coordination of facilities, finance, and logistics by handling all external invoices and payments, processing monthly ₱10,000 petty cash reports, and coordinating all inbound/outbound courier and messenger services.
