Responsible for the accurate, timely, and secure release of medical records, laboratory results, and diagnostic reports in accordance with hospital policies, Department of Health (DOH) regulations, and the Data Privacy Act.
Ensures confidentiality, completeness, and proper documentation while coordinating with patients, physicians, and internal clinic departments.
Coordinate with attending physicians and nursing staff for record validation and clarification
