∙ Oversee multiple branch operations to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day activities.
∙ Monitor and evaluate monthly branch performance, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
∙ Ensure full compliance of branches with all required government permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
∙ Review and approve monthly inventory replenishment plans, ensuring stock levels remain within approved inventory thresholds.
∙ Facilitate weekly virtual operations meetings with branch teams to discuss updates, address challenges, and align operational goals.
∙ Ensure all warehouse personnel strictly follow established warehouse procedures, safety standards, and operational processes.
∙ Lead monthly inventory reconciliation and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy of reports and resolving discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
∙ Coordinate logistics operations with third-party trucking providers, including negotiating transportation rates and service agreements.
∙ Identify and evaluate potential warehouse locations to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
∙ Participate in training programs, strategy sessions, and monthly management meetings.
∙ Develop operational strategies and recommend process improvements to enhance branch efficiency and productivity.
∙ Conduct quarterly branch visits and monthly operational audits to ensure compliance with 7S standards and warehouse management practices.
