Responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate, timely billing. My duties include preparing and issuing customer invoices, generating Statements of Account (SOA), and monitoring incoming payments to ensure they are properly recorded and applied to the correct accounts. I also review billing discrepancies and process necessary account adjustments to maintain accurate financial records. Additionally, I coordinate with customers and our plant staff to follow up on pending attachments, such as delivery receipts and other supporting documents required for billing, ensuring all invoices are complete and processed efficiently to support timely collections.
