-Data entry and report generation. Inputting, encoding and submitting the financial data through the electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) system of the Municipality. This system is part of the LGU Integrated Financial Tools (LIFT), a web-based platform developed to streamline and digitalize LGU financial reporting.
-Preparing checks for the Disbursement Vouchers of the Municipality of Pura.
-Releasing of aproved checks to the payee or to the authorized representatives.
-Making sure that the records of prepared and released checks are monitored to ensure accountability and transparency.
-Preparing the Report of Check Issued to make sure that everything is being monitored and recorded.
-Keeping the records of Real Property Tax Account card updated and ensuring the confidentiality of the owners.
-Examining the books of accounts of the Businesses in Pura, Tarlac. Making sure that they are paying the right taxes and declaring the right gross sales every year.
