CEO Database & Automated Data Management
Created a structured Top 30 CEO Database using Google Sheets, combining data entry, web research, data validation, and spreadsheet automation. The database contains CEO names, companies, contact information, industries, locations, ZIP codes, and years of experience.
To improve efficiency and reduce repetitive manual work, I applied data validation, filters, and various spreadsheet formulas to organize, retrieve, and manage information more efficiently. Functions such as VLOOKUP, FILTER, IF, COUNTIF, and other formulas were used to automate data-related tasks and make the database easier to maintain.

Mortgage Loan Database & Financial Data Management
Created a structured Top 20 Mortgage Loan Database using Google Sheets to demonstrate my skills in data entry, financial data management, spreadsheet formulas, and data organization. The database contains borrower information, contact details, loan amounts, interest rates, mortgage types, total interest, total loan amounts, and estimated monthly payments. I used Google Sheets formulas to automate calculations and reduce repetitive manual work, including calculations for total interest, total loan amount, and monthly mortgage payments. I also applied data validation, formatting, sorting, and filtering to improve data accuracy and make the spreadsheet easy to manage.

MCB - Buy and Sell
Created a Buy and Sell Monitoring System using Google Sheets to track product inventory, pricing, customer transactions, sales, payments, balances, and income. The system includes a product price list, buying and selling records, markup calculations, capital, total sales, payment status, remaining balance, and income per item/pack.
I used data validation and multiple Google Sheets formulas to automate calculations and reduce repetitive manual tasks. Functions such as VLOOKUP, SUM, SUMIF, SUMIFS, FILTER, IF, COUNTIF, and ARRAYFORMULA were used to retrieve product information, calculate totals, monitor sales and income, and organize data efficiently.
The project also includes sorting, filtering, dropdown menus, automated calculations, and dashboard/summarized reports, allowing business transactions and financial performance to be monitored more efficiently.
