My name is Mary Lee Malubay Dizon, and I am someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences through my work. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management, and over the years I have built my career mainly in the customer service and food service industry.
My journey started at McDonald’s Philippines, where I worked as a Service Crew. That experience taught me many important lessons about teamwork, responsibility, and how small actions can make a big difference in a customer’s day. Through dedication and hard work, I eventually became an Assistant Department Manager, where I helped train team members, support daily operations, and motivate employees to provide excellent service. Later, I had the opportunity to work as a Kiosk Area Supervisor at Mary Grace Foods Inc.. In this role, I supervised daily operations and helped guide the team to maintain high standards while creating a welcoming environment for customers. Moving to Canada was a new chapter in my life. I worked at McDonald’s in Quebec as a Food Counter Attendant, where I continue to meet people from different cultures and backgrounds every day. This experience has helped me become more adaptable, patient, and confident in communicating with others.
What I enjoy most about my work is the opportunity to interact with people and be part of a team. Whether it’s helping a customer, supporting coworkers, or learning something new, I believe every experience is a chance to grow. I consider myself a hardworking, positive, and reliable person who is always willing to learn and take on new challenges.

● Greet customers, take orders in dine and drive-thru, present
food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful
attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
