Admin staff/Encoder
As an Admin Staff/Encoder, my main role is to ensure that all data and documents in the office are handled accurately and efficiently. I’m responsible for encoding information into our systems with precision, preparing various documents like letters, checklists, and transmittals, and making sure everything is properly organized and filed. Part of my daily tasks includes converting files into PDF format, using mail merge to personalize documents, and supporting different departments with administrative needs. I make sure that all records are up-to-date and filed correctly—both digitally and physically. I also help manage communications, schedule tasks when needed, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I always aim to be accurate, organized, and professional in everything I do, while maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
