1. Assisting the Executive Director of Medical Research Center in the operational, business and performance management of the department ensuring services are delivered as per HMC standards.
2. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, personnel, and department requirements.
3. Carries out general office administration and clerical responsibilities such as filling, ordering office supplies, preparing mail-outs, etc.
4. Coordinates and arranges meetings, takes and prepares minutes.
5. Draft and prepares routine correspondences.

6. Prepares termination, offer letter, employment certificates and any other letter requested by the workforce approved by the management.
7. Any other HRA duties required by the head.
1. Prepare necessary documents for Residence Permit application to be passed in Immigration and Labour Card/Contract Application.
2. Prepare the cancellation of work permit and visa for all the resigned and terminated workers and liaise with the PRO for the submittal to Labour and Immigration Office.
3. Monitor and record medical expenses and reimbursement of workers and staff according to limit given per annum.
4. Schedule medical test of the workers and staff. Prepare necessary documents and letter of request for the medical test and liaise with the hospital for the schedule and results.
5. Coordinate with the camp coordinator the schedule of medical examination of the laborers.
6. Liaises with the PRO for the medically unfit cases.
7. Prepare workers transfer sheet for the assigning of labors for their respective supervisor.
8. Monitor Residence Permit and Labor Card/Contract of Workers Status.
9. Handling 201 files of all workers.
10. Perform general office duties such as ordering stationery supplies as by the staff/office needed.
11. Responsible for passing all the important documents to be sign by the director/manager like contract, cancellation and any other documents needed by the department for approval.
12. Prepare warning letters to be issued to the workers who violates company, security and safety rules & regulations and managers instructions.
13. Prepare certificate of employment to our employee for those demobilize.
14. Any other duties assigned by the department head
