My Process
I start each day by checking new emails and marking which ones are most important. I sort emails into groups like urgent, needs action, waiting for reply, and just for reference. I try to reply quickly using templates when I can, and I keep my answers clear and simple. I also clean up the inbox regularly and adjust the filters to make sure everything stays organized. When helping customers, I read their questions carefully and try to understand what they really need. I give clear answers and check back to make sure their problem is solved. If I don’t know the answer, I look it up or ask someone who does so I can help them properly.
