I’m Mike Angelo Arnoza, from Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. I’m currently a 4th-year college student taking up a Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in General Science. Over the years, I’ve learned to balance academics with real-world work experience, which shaped how I communicate, manage responsibilities, and work with different types of people.

I have 1 year and 6 months of experience in the BPO industry, working as a Customer Service Representative in a call center environment. That role pushed me to develop strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism, especially when handling concerns, meeting performance targets, and working under pressure. It wasn’t always easy, but it taught me consistency and accountability.

My passion lies in learning and sharing knowledge, particularly in science, where curiosity and critical thinking really matter. I’m interested in roles that allow me to grow, contribute meaningfully, and continuously improve my skills, whether in education, customer service, or any professional setting that values teamwork and personal development. I enjoy working with people, learning new systems, and adapting to challenges as they come.
