Here is an example of one of my experience with working as a Social Media Manager. This is one of my old Facebook account that I started to manage in February 2025, growing its followers from 0 to 92,000 by daily posting of content and well-maintained publishing strategy. This account specializes in engaging short-from video content including relatable POV videos and some trending TikTok-style dance reels, all crafted to appeal to a broad audience.

Through strategic and regular content posting, the account reached over 2 Million views with a remarkable growth of 115+ over the last 2 months. Since this account are mostly POV videos, none of the videos reached a 1 minute timestamp, but shows a significant 1 Million three second views that reflects a 149% increase from the last 60 days.


The engagement performance was equivalent to the views overview, with a total of 209,749 engagement through 90 days, with over 170K+ reactions and 7k+ comments. Showing that the content has not only attracted viewers but also inspired meaningful interaction.

Also, one of my experiences in handling a TikTok account starting from October 2024 up until recent. This account also focuses mostly on POV contents and dance videos.

The initial overview of the account in the recent year reached 300k+ in video views and 63k+ likes. The profile also accumulated 6,800 profile views, indicating that viewers were curious enough about the content to actively visit the account page and explore further beyond just watching individual videos in their feed.

One of the most significant performance indicators of this account is the traffic source breakdown, which reveals that an outstanding 84.4% of all video views came directly from the TikTok For You Page, demonstrating that the content was consistently picked up and distributed by the TikTok algorithm to audiences well beyond the existing follower base, with an additional 9% coming from Search and 6% from Personal Profile visits, confirming strong organic discoverability and searchability across the platform.

This content calendar provides a structured one week posting schedule across TikTok and Facebook, featuring a diverse mix of POV videos, dance reels, and relatable content complete with ready-to-use captions, categories, and publishing dates.
