I worked as a Growth Operator Lead Genereation Specialist for a UK client, where I developed and executed a structured lead generation system targeting YouTube creators with high growth potential. My role focused on identifying creators who demonstrated strong expertise and audience engagement but lacked optimized content systems and monetization strategies. I conducted in-depth channel analysis, evaluating performance metrics, content structure, and conversion gaps. All leads were organized into a strategic database using Google Sheets, with detailed insights on niche, revenue potential, and key bottlenecks, and were then managed through Trello for streamlined workflow and outreach readiness. This approach helped create a more targeted and scalable pipeline for identifying high-value creator opportunities.

Created a sample B2B lead list for MedSpa businesses offering medical weight loss or GLP-1-related services. The list includes company name, website, location, service category, decision-maker role, LinkedIn profile, and email status.



Conducted targeted lead generation by researching potential clients and organizing their contact details in Google Sheets. Managed leads using a CRM system (HubSpot) by tracking deal stages, adding notes, and monitoring follow-up activities to support business development and outreach efforts.
