Raising him has been my greatest strength, teaching me patience, resilience, empathy, and determination—qualities that I bring into both my personal life and professional work every day.

I have years of experience in the healthcare industry, supporting healthcare providers with both administrative and clinical tasks. My main role was to help ensure smooth patient coordination and accurate medical documentation.

Some of my responsibilities included scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, following up on authorizations, and maintaining patient records using Excel. Through these tasks, I helped improve workflow efficiency and supported timely patient care.
