Hello, I'm Nikki.

I’m a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant and Virtual Assistant with a strong background in operations, recruitment, and digital marketing support. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with founders, CEOs, and COOs, helping streamline daily operations, manage priorities, and keep teams aligned and productive.

I started my career in recruitment, where I developed a solid foundation in communication, organization, and candidate management. This experience naturally evolved into a broader role supporting business operations—handling everything from calendar and email management to project coordination, lead generation, and SOP development.

Today, I specialize in providing high-level administrative and operational support, using tools like ClickUp, GoHighLevel, and Google Workspace to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. I also bring experience in social media management, content creation, and CRM systems, allowing me to support both the operational and marketing sides of a business.
