Administrative Support
Aside from being an HR, I've been a General Virtual Assistant since 2020 and I handled Administrative Support for my clients that includes the following:
1. Appointment Setting
- I scheduled their meeting based on a different time zones via google calendar or Microsoft Application

2. Data-entry
- I managed to enter data for my clients business needs, weather if it's for tracking of items for inventory or updating the status of orders or a simple client's updates via Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- I also have the initiatives to create formulas for efficient tracking of records; for ex. VLOOK UP and etc.

3. Inbound & Outbound Email Support
- I managed to support email (including inquiries, business development or business expansion purpose, for scheduling and more..)

4. Customer Service Support
- I managed to handle different set of clients by providing customer care services. I help them fix issues via call or email.
