The Assistant Vice President for Operations oversees the performance and compliance of multiple lending branches across various cities in the Philippines. This role ensures operational efficiency, financial discipline,
and regulatory adherence while driving growth and sustainability across the organization.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

➤Branch Oversight: Monitor daily branch results including production, collections, past-due accounts, and new client releases (both volume and value).
➤Credit & Expense Approval: Review and approve branch credit advices and non-standard expenses outside normal accounting scope.
➤Operational Guidance: Issue directives, memos, policies, and provide strategic advice to branches to improve performance.
➤Performance Reporting: Analyze operational trends, evaluate branch performance, and present findings with recommendations to senior management.
➤Branch Expansion: Lead branch opening activities including staffing, compliance with local government and regulatory requirements (City/Municipal Hall, BIR, SEC), and operational readiness.
➤Regulatory Support: Assist accounting in preparing and submitting compliance reports to SEC and
BIR.
➤Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices to strengthen branch efficiency and profitability.
➤Leadership Experience: Previously managed audit and accounting departments, providing a strong foundation in financial controls and compliance.
