As Assistant Vice President for Operations, I oversee multiple branches across various cities in the Philippines particularly in Visayas and Mindanao, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to government requirements. My expertise includes monitoring daily performance, approving credit and expenses, guiding branch policies, and leading expansion initiatives. With prior leadership of both audit and accounting departments, I bring a solid foundation in financial controls and compliance. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
➤Branch Oversight: Monitor daily branch results including production, collections, past-due accounts, and new client releases (both volume and value).
➤Credit & Expense Approval: Review and approve branch credit advices and non-standard expenses outside normal accounting scope.
➤Operational Guidance: Issue directives, memos, policies, and provide strategic advice to branches to improve performance.
➤Performance Reporting: Analyze operational trends, evaluate branch performance, and present findings with recommendations to senior management.
➤Branch Expansion: Lead branch opening activities including staffing, compliance with local government and regulatory requirements (City/Municipal Hall, BIR, SEC), and operational readiness.
➤Regulatory Support: Assist accounting in preparing and submitting compliance reports to SEC and
BIR.
➤Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices to strengthen branch efficiency and profitability.
➤Leadership Experience: Previously managed audit and accounting departments, providing a strong foundation in financial controls and compliance.
