More Info About Me
I worked in the BPO industry for almost 12 years. I am currently working for a US company in an IT Engineer-related position (Alignment Engineer/Network Compliance Engineer). I am proficient with Office applications such as Word and Excel, and I am also familiar with PowerPoint and Publisher; I can also work with Google equivalents (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.). I have also undergone a bit of training with Power BI though I haven’t polished my skills through work experience.
I am very detail oriented and can work with laser focus. I also like to learn and mostly do self-study. When I’m not working, I like reading and watching. I also got into the papercraft hobby and mostly do mecha models. I used to play the piano though it’s been a long time since I’ve done so.

As an Alignment Engineer, I am tasked with performing alignment audits on each assigned client’s network infrastructure, cloud environment, etc. and ensuring that they comply with our company’s IT standards. We are also tasked with creating new documentation, updating existing ones and performing cleanup on old and outdated documents. We also perform alignment on findings that we can work on directly, assign tickets to other departments, or create Findings tickets that will be discussed and presented to the client, which may eventually convert into Opportunities for Sales and/or Projects that result in revenue.
