Hi! I’m Patricia May, a dedicated and goal-oriented individual with a strong passion for learning, growth, and making a difference in everything I do.
I graduated from The National Teachers College, where I took Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. My school experience helped me develop not only my knowledge and skills but also my discipline, confidence, and ability to work well with others.
I am a dedicated logistics and shipping operations professional with expertise in coordinating shipments, managing transportation processes, and ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods. I have a strong understanding of logistics operations, shipment documentation, inventory coordination, and communication with clients, suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
I am detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations while meeting deadlines and resolving issues effectively. I continuously strive to improve processes, reduce delays, and ensure accuracy throughout the shipping and logistics cycle.
To further enhance my skills, I completed General Virtual Assistance Training, where I learned about email management, calendar management, data entry, online research, file organization, customer support, and other administrative tasks.
I’m a fast learner, organized, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges. I’m comfortable learning new tools and processes, and I always aim to provide quality work with professionalism and attention to detail.
My goal is to contribute my experience and problem-solving skills to an organization where I can help optimize logistics operations, improve service quality, and support overall business growth.
