Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the team and ensure smooth day to
day operations. This includes maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and
ensuring compliance with the company.
Analyze call driver data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Use
this data to provide actionable insights that can enhance service quality and operational
efficiency.
Oversee and manage teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

productive work environment.
Compile, generate, and distribute detailed hourly, daily, and monthly sales reports for
the entire site. These reports will provide critical insights into sales performance and
help drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Process specialty medication refill requests accurately and efficiently.
Confirm whether the medical practice is in-network with the patient’s insurance plan.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards.
Communicate with insurance providers to determine coverage requirements, prior authorizations, and co-pay details
