Hi! I’m a Virtual Assistant with 4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and administrative support. I help businesses keep their online stores organized, improve product visibility, and manage daily operations efficiently.
I’ve worked with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, and Depop, optimizing thousands of product listings through better titles, descriptions, and keywords. I also have experience with inventory management, product research, marketplace management, and store maintenance to help keep product information accurate and listings well-organized.
Aside from e-commerce, I’ve handled TikTok affiliate marketing content, planned posting schedules, and supported promotional campaigns to help increase product reach and engagement. I also have experience with invoicing, financial records, and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, helping keep business records organized and up to date.
I have a background in Financial Management and training in Shopify store setup, product research, SEO, and QuickBooks bookkeeping. I’m always willing to learn new tools and take on tasks that help make a client’s workflow easier.
