Responsible for high-accuracy data entry, manually encoding all newly gathered B2B leads into the company database. This includes meticulously logging critical account details such as company names, email addresses, contact numbers, corporate locations, and real-time status remarks.

FINANCIAL Data Encoding

•  Logged complex, multi-type data into Google Sheets/MS Excel daily, including precise account names, technical item descriptions, and calendar dates.

• Accurately inputted financial figures including Suggested Retail Price (SRP), Discounted Price (DP), Revenue (REV), and profit margins.

• Maintained a "Remarks" database to track data status changes (e.g., updating data from "new quotation" to "revise quotation / change qty"), ensuring the database reflected real-time updates. 
• Managed data cell formatting (currency formats, percentage formulas, and bolding) to keep report data scannable and completely error-free.
