As HR Assistant, I work closely and assist the HR Manager by managing the HR administrative, such as maintaining and organizing employee data (201 files) in both electronic and hard copy formats using Excel. I process requests for Certificates of Employment (COE), assist with training and seminar applications, and respond to various employee inquiries to ensure efficient HR support. With strong organizational skills, I manage the HR Operations from the end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates through different job portals conducting initial screenings and technical exams, coordinating local and US-based interviews, performing reference checks, and maintaining recruitment trackers. Process the onboarding and offboarding tasks by ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements, coordinating equipment provisioning, conducting new hire orientation, and facilitating exit clearance and final pay processing. Manage timekeeping and HR system administration, monitor attendance and leave records, prepare monthly reports, and address employee system concerns. Additionally, I manage the employee benefits, including HMO, life insurance, and government statutory enrollments and loan applications.
Contributed to several initiatives and improvements developed an automated timekeeping and HR monitoring system using Excel, significantly improving reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. I designed and standardized HR forms through Adobe Acrobat Pro to streamline documentation processes and ensure consistency. I also led the successful transition from manual HR processes to the Sprout HRIS, managing employee training, conducting parallel testing, and overseeing full system implementation. Additionally, I created a comprehensive HRIS user guide and organized HR documentation to strengthen system adoption and process standardization across the organization.
