My first work experience in WHG was Payments Auditor last 2019-2020. We approved withdrawals from our customers. We check their game play, duplicate accounts and amount of their withdrawals.
The 2nd role is in MRG KYC Risk Analyst dated 2020-2021. We validate the documents of the customers. Our company provided us some tools to check if the customers documents is legit or fake. Once we validate the documents of the customer, we will approve their account for them to access.
My 3rd role is Customer Protection Analyst under Self exclusion. We search for their multiple accounts if they created one. Then once we gather all the accounts of the customer we will suspend or closed their accounts.
My last role is Senior Customer Protection Analyst. I do the tasking of our team, assist our agents and newbies in team, train them with new updates and do shift report at the end of our shift.
