I enrolled in a General Virtual Assistant Training Program to enhance my Skills in the Social Media Management. My mentor gave me a task to create a page. I created the page from scratch, and I grew my own followers organically.
I created the Facebook Page from logo, banner, bio and content calendar. I plan the content creation and engage people to grow followers and monitor the analytics.
Handled Telecom account. Assisting customers with their billing statement, updating the records, assisting monthly payments and troubleshooting their devices or internet router.
Handling past due credit cards, updating customer records, negotiating repayment plans.
Filling soft copy and hard copy of invoices and company documents. Making monthly and yearly sales report
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
