1. TALENT ACQUISITION AND ONBOARDING
Responsible for developing and maintaining overall recruitment metrics and reports to track the
effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource
and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting,
retention, and succession planning.
Oversees the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for department head,
exempt, and professional roles. Works with department managers to identify the skills and
qualifications needed for job openings.
Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the
company's values and culture.
2. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS & DATA MANAGEMENT
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and
incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee 201 files and HR records.
Review Timekeeping report every cutoff.
Prepare payroll reports every cutoff, process employees government contributions, review and
certify government benefits and loan applications.
3. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND LABOR RELATIONS
Provides support and guidance to HR-ER, management, and staff on complex or sensitive issues.
Handle tasks like providing accommodations, investigating misconduct, and managing
terminations in delicate situations.
Oversees employee investigations, disciplinary meetings and terminations handled by the ER
team.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in
human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Maintains compliance with Philippine laws and regulations, and recommended best practices;
reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Provide analytic driven overall recommendations in all HR functions

4. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Plan, strategize, organize and executes company events and initiatives aligned to the goals and
objectives of the company.
Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people
programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement like Focus Group
Discussions, Strategic planning, etc.
5. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Monitors 3rd month, 5th month review for probationary employees and prepares the
regularization notice.
Conducts the non-regularization discussion and probationary extension.
Conducts mid-year and annual performance review.
6. TEAM MANAGEMENT
Creates a timeline and ensures that team members meet their goals and deadlines.
Conducts training of new staff in the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations of team members.
7. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Managed HR stakeholder relationships across multiple departments supporting over 700
employees company wide.
Partnered with department heads to reduce employee relations case time.
Collaborated with business leaders in implementing engagement initiatives that improved

Partnering with management and operations teams to develop and implement Employee
Relations’ best practices and programs
Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective

Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling
Exposure to conciliation-mediation process (DOLE) and other escalations
Proactively coordinates with partnered legal team

1. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/DISCIPLINE
Responsible for the proper execution of administrative investigations and hearings on all complex
& non-complex workplace complaints (Fraudulent Audit Reports/ Grave Incident Reports) with
positive employee relations guidance.
Ensures proper observance of employee relations guiding principles and strategy that is aligned
with the company’s culture with oversight from the Employee Relations Manager.
Facilitates case resolution thru the Employee Relations Council (ERC) which consists of Executives
and Managers from HR, Legal, Operation Support, Remedial, and Audit Departments -
presentation of facts, data processing & analysis.
Ensures corrective/disciplinary actions consistently, fairly, and legally across all regions.
Prepares report for administrative cases.
Provides guidance to ER Assistants and HRBPs on case management and policy interpretation in
accordance with local laws & provisions and company policies and practices.
Process termination of probationary contract by discussing with the employee, immediate Head
and HRBP
Monitors employees placed under Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
Reports dismissed/retrenched/redundant employees via DOLE ERS Website
Provides major reportorial and determines if the ER practices and targets are met based on set
criteria from time to time.
Spearhead training and seminars relative to Employee Discipline & DOLE Policies including
cascading to regular onboarding engagement.
Assists ER Manager and Executives in building a relationship with trade union; act as a bridge
between the organization and the employee through the consultation process called Collective
Bargaining agreement.
Provides advice and consultation to ER Manager on a variety of issues including but not limited to
performance management, disciplinary issues, process improvement, and the interpretation and
correct application of HR policies and procedures.
Organizes and maintains digital copy documentation in accordance with guidelines on record
retention.
Schedules meetings and sends calendar invitations.
Collects data and prepares HR reports.
Oversees clearances and end-to-end separation process.
Reviews Attrition Report prepared by ER Assistant/Specialist.
2. LABOR RELATIONS
Authorize company representative to mediate and negotiate labor cases filed against the
company and vice versa.
3. SAFETY
Reviews report on Vaccination, First Aiders, Safety Officers and DOLE Compliance prepared by the
Safety Officer.
Supervises the Safety Officer.
4. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Collaborate with HRBPs and ER Assistant to build strong camaraderie and develop proactive
positive employee relations strategies that drive business objectives.
Cultivates and maintains trusted and productive relationships with Human Resources, Legal,
Business Operations Leaders, etc. across all regions.
Plans, organizes, and executes company events.
5. HR COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR/LIAISON OFFICER
Prepares and monitor reports for submission to DOLE, NWPC, PSA, and other government
agencies.
6. OTHER TASKS
Assists in reviewing or updating of HR policies, Branch Operation Rules, and Code of Conduct and
Discipline.
Responds to all types of daily communication related to employee relations and other HR matters,
including by phone, email, or other written correspondence, or in-person
Prepares Prayer to Start the Week and Prayer to End the Week
Responsible in announcing holidays, HR advisories, etc.
Handles Petty Cash Fund of HR for branch visits, engagement expenses, etc. and liquidation of
expenses.
Perform other HR tasks assigned from time to time by Employee Relations Manager and Vice
President for Human Resources.
