For the past 10 years, I have built my career around something I genuinely enjoy — helping people and supporting businesses behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

I started my journey in customer service, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, empathy, and customer relationship skills. Over the years, I transitioned into the e-commerce industry and gained hands-on experience in order fulfillment, order management, customer support, retention, administrative support, task management, data entry, technical support, spreadsheet management, and social media support.

I have worked with e-commerce brands and customers from different countries and cultures, which helped me become adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, and confident in fast-paced environments. I understand the importance of maintaining smooth daily operations while ensuring customers feel valued, heard, and supported.

My experience includes handling order fulfillment and monitoring, processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving incorrect addresses, SKU verification, managing refunds and replacements, and handling customer support through email and chat platforms such as Shopify, Zendesk, and HappyFox. I am also experienced in handling escalations professionally, customer profiling, upselling, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

In addition to customer and e-commerce support, I also have experience in social media management and engagement. I have assisted with managing social media pages, responding to messages and comments, creating simple graphics using Canva, scheduling content, and helping maintain consistent online engagement and brand presence.

What I enjoy most about this field is knowing that every order completed, every customer assisted, and every issue resolved contributes to the success and growth of a business. I take pride in being reliable, hardworking, organized, and someone clients can trust to deliver quality work consistently.
