Branch Evaluation Form Development & Audit Monitoring
Personally created and developed a standardized Branch Evaluation Form for the company to provide management with a structured way of monitoring branch conditions and performance. I also recorded and consolidated all evaluation results submitted by auditors, allowing management to assess each branch even without personally conducting the inspections.
