[Social Media Global Ads Risks - Fraud Specialist] - May 2022 - February 2026
Identified possible fraud and fund leakages committed by bad actors on the platform via compromised accounts. We review account logs and history such as location, device, change of usual ad nature and content, ad language, bids and target location/countries. I also identified possible trends being done by bad actors and escalate them to our client for review. We do refunds & invoice clearing for compromised accounts as well as effectively banning stolen financial instruments being used by bad actors. As a Subject Matter Expert, I also do administrative tasks on top such as documentation of escalated cases and attend meetings on how to handle such cases. I also help train newbies and answer questions by colleagues.
[Social Media Global Gaming Streams, VoDs & Group Post Content Review] - March 2020 - May 2022
We moderated Livestreams (some in real time, some within the recent hours), VoDs and Gaming Group posts on whether they meet the platforms Terms and Conditions, GDPR and several other ethical issues (either general or local). We also annotate, categorize and sort them for our platform's SEO. I'm part of the initial outshore personnel assigned for this and have helped built its core processes.

We determine whether the message we receive from our app users that were initially filtered by our system has an emergency. This ranges from vehicular accidents, verbal and/or physical altercations, SA, nudity, health complications etc. We then escalate it to our local teams depending on the country to handle them if they are indeed highly critical cases or de-escalate them to our CS teams if they're false-positives. Sentence interpretation is critical with a 99.975% passing accuracy rate.
[Ridesharing App Driver Account General CS] - February 2017 - December 2018
We assist drivers using the app on their account issues, such as sign up issues, being restricted from the app, function and usage explanations, etc. We also help our system that flags certain users from misusing the app (such as sharing accounts). We also encoded driver submission of documents such as vehicle title, insurance and point inspections.
- I assist customers having technical issues with their services, ranging from loss of internet, device issues to upgrading their services/packages. We help schedule technicians for an on-site visit either for service installation and/or inspection if the location is eligible for installation.
