I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and have accumulated over five years of experience in the customer service industry, with a strong background across real estate, BPO, travel, manufacturing, and mortgage services.
I began my career as a Real Estate Administrator in a well-known real estate company in the Philippines, where I handled client inquiries and requests, consistently delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction for more than three years. I then transitioned into the BPO industry as an International Travel Consultant, working with WNS and later American Express International. In these roles, I specialized in booking flights, accommodations, and transportation based on client preferences, while also handling basic credit card services and transactions.
Expanding my experience further, I worked as a Email and Order Processor in a manufacturing company, where I managed end-to-end customer order processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Currently, I am part of a mortgage account team, serving as the primary point of contact for borrowers. I support clients throughout the loan process, assist with mortgage applications, explain documentation requirements, and provide timely updates on loan status.
Throughout my career, I have developed proficiency in various tools and systems, including Salesforce, CRM platforms, SAP, and Global Distribution Systems such as Amadeus and Sabre, along with exposure to AI-powered applications. In addition to my professional experience, I continuously invest in my growth by attending trainings and enhancing my skills to become a reliable and efficient Virtual Assistant.

• Act as the primary point of contact for borrowers, providing support throughout the loan process and servicing lifecycle.
• Responding to borrower inquiries related to loan applications, payments, escrow, interest rates, and account status via phone.
• Assisting with mortgage application support, including explaining required documentation, guiding borrowers through next steps, and updating loan status.
• Promoting customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and clear, helpful communication.
