Data Entry

Data Entry List #1
This is a list of people(dummy) that I have created in order to show my skills as an accurate Data Entry Encoder. I then identified what information was to be included in each row or customer account, which was the first name, last name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, purchase history, and comments or notes. After creating the column headers, I then entered the sample information into each row or customer account one by one, ensuring that all information was entered into the correct columns. In addition to this information, I entered other information in the purchase history section, including the date of purchase, name of items purchased, quantity purchased, price paid, total cost incurred, order made, and payment method used. Finally, I made sure that the information was organized in a neat manner to ensure it was easily managed.

Data Entry List#2
Here is the Second List but this time with 30 CEOs in the country of America. This list shows their company name, positions, email address (confidential), Company links and address of their company. I created column headers for the spreadsheet. The column headers included a person’s first name, last name, title, website, social media links such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, email, company name, and company address. While entering the data into the spreadsheet, I had to ensure that all the details were accurate and obtained from reliable sources such as company websites and personal profiles. For privacy and security purposes, I censored the email details so that sensitive information was not disclosed. After obtaining all the required details, I had to enter all the data into the spreadsheet in a manner that was organized and presentable. This activity helped me learn how to enter data correctly.
