I completed training in Freight Broker VA and Truck Dispatcher support, where I developed skills in load booking, quoting, and carrier coordination through non-voice, written communication. During the training, I handled tasks such as booking loads through load boards, preparing and sending quotes, coordinating pickup and delivery schedules with carriers, tracking shipment status from booking through delivery, and preparing freight documentation including rate confirmations and bills of lading.
