I worked as a Customer Support Representative for over 4 years and I gained valuable experience in communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict resolution, while enhancing my ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver excellent customer service. Additionally, I underwent General Virtual Assistant training to broaden my expertise and develop relevant administrative and technical skills, allowing me to deliver professional, reliable, and client-focused service.
