CASH on hand from Sales 

    My previous experience as a data encoder, my main responsibility is to input the cash on hand delivery and walk in customers with their order number and the person received through Shopify to check the discrepancy on daily operations. I ensure that the data I encode is accurate, complete, and consistent with the requirements of the organization. After that, my co-worker deposited through BDO the Cash on hand from Sales.

INVENTORY DATA ENCODING 

    A sample inventory table I am responsible for encoding and regularly updating the live inventory to ensure stock information is accurate from first of the month to end. These products are from Shopify orders that help maintain smooth daily operations in store, Shopee and Lazada by providing up-to-date inventory data for monitoring and decision-making.
