HR Support – What I Do
I help manage HR tasks so things run smoothly behind the scenes.
I post job ads and screen resumes to find good candidates. I schedule interviews and send reminders to everyone. I prepare offer letters and help new hires complete their paperwork.
I keep employee records organized and up to date. I track leaves, sick days, and attendance. I answer HR emails and coordinate meetings between staff and management.
I also collect timesheets for payroll, assist with benefits forms, and help update company policies. My goal is to handle the details so the team can focus on their work.
