Hi, I’m Jennylyn Bacerdo, a Social Media Manager from Tarlac, Philippines. I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management and completed a General Virtual Assistant training program to improve my skills in social media management. I also have 4 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a delivery account and 4 years as a Head Kitchen Crew in a restaurant. These experiences helped me develop strong communication, organization, teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
